We provide instant mechanical and IT support services directly to your tablet or computer through a prepaid credits system (TXT key/service token).

We are not affiliated with any specific tool brand, but we support and recommend Autel and Drew Technologies products (CARDAQ plus interface) based on our extensive expertise. These brands offer superior coverage and value for money compared to others like SnapOn, OTC, and Launch. If a tool or scanner company were to surpass Autel and Drew Technologies in performance, we would recommend their products.

Autel and Drew Technologies tools enhance our IT/mechanical support services, including pin code retrieval and more.

Our service operates through an application that can be installed directly on your tablet, laptop, tool, or scanner, or accessed via our webpage. Our mechanical, reprogramming, and computer assistance services, including pin code and SGW license support, are delivered directly through chat on your device. Our technicians may also communicate via telephone when necessary.

Service Fees:

• Initial Support: 1 TXT key (token) for the first 20 minutes of remote mechanical/IT support.
• Additional Support: 1 additional TXT key (token) for every subsequent 10 minutes of support.
• Reprogramming Fees: Additional fees apply when reprogramming a vehicle. Please refer to our cost table for details.

We guarantee a response within 10 minutes of your request, with 95% of requests being initiated within 2 minutes.

Our Lock Smith NASTF license allows us to sell PIN codes for reprogramming new vehicle keys.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern (excluding holidays unless otherwise posted on our news media).

1. Service fees are applied when requesting support:

   Minimum Monthly Fees:

   • Mechanical Assistance Account: If you do not use at least 2 tokens in a month, a fee of 2 tokens will be charged.
   • Reprogramming Account: If you do not use at least 4 tokens in a month, a fee of 4 tokens will be charged.

   No tokens will be deducted if you use your minimum required tokens or more within the month.

   Note: If you purchase a reprogramming kit, your account will automatically be upgraded to a reprogramming account, which requires a minimum usage of 4 tokens per month.

To use our support services, you must purchase a pack of 20 or 40 tokens. Pricing for these token packs is as follows:

With automatic refilling, your account is automatically replenished with 20 or 40 tokens when your balance reaches 4 tokens or less for mechanical help accounts, and 8 tokens or less for vehicle reprogramming accounts. This service requires approval and a credit card for registration.
